Marketing Coordinator

Your Mission

We are looking for a highly qualified marketing coordinator who can contribute to our existing plans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing partner-related marketing efforts.

They will work closely with the Account Manager's team, among others, in order to take into consideration all aspects necessary to comply with the Partners objectives and guidelines

This person must be able to handle working on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.


Main Responsibilities

  • Work alongside our global marketing team to create, coordinate and execute marketing plans for the various activations we have with our partners (partnership announcements, NFT collection drops, & more)
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, deliverables, and results to internal teams involved, and our partners.
  • Conduct research on web3 market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data
  • Maintenance of internal information. Update the credentials, database, schedules, etc.
  • Coordinate potential TSB presence in local events
  • Lead and take ownership of our partner's marketing activation efforts on our website


Requirements

  • 3 years or more experience in marketing coordination or a similar role
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Another language spoken is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Can ensure IP brand guidelines and values adhere to a marketing plan
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and manage to change priorities
  • High level of organization with high attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated attitude.
