Product Marketing Manager

The Sandbox is building a decentralized metaverse, empowering creators and players to come together and build the world they imagine. Responsibilities 

  • Liaise between product, design, social marketing, and user acquisition teams ensuring that the product strategy is aligned with our marketing strategy and vice versa. 
  • Conduct user interviews and be a user advocate. 
  • Work on the continuous improvements of the user flows and funnels across the Creator, Gamer, Investor audiences 
  • Collaborate with product and design teams on its continuous improvement of the conversion funnel, perform experiments and AB-testing. 
  • Help unlock new audiences of users through improving the user experience and eliminating obstacles in onboarding. 
  • Coordinate and project-manage execution of our IP partnerships from the marketing and UX/UI side: partner landing pages, creative assets, and marketing collateral. 
  • Ensure that our Mission and Vision are properly reflected in our media communications, creative strategy, and other marketing assets. 


Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing & GTM experience. 
  • Experience in the Creator/Builder space or consumer marketplace businesses is a plus.
  • Ideally, some Product Management experience will come in handy. 
  • Powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual. 
  • Team player: the ability to collaborate and build consensus with multiple teams is key.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating customer segment-oriented campaigns to steer new customer acquisition, deepen engagement & retention 
  • Advanced quantitative and deductive skills. Ability to distinguish between the signal and the noise and make data-guided actions.
  • Due to the newness of blockchain/NFTs, a strong ability to create clarity amidst ambiguity and unknowns will be essential. 
  • High interest in Web3, cryptocurrency, blockchain, Ethereum and NFT marketplaces.
