Who we are

The Sandbox (TSB) is building a decentralized metaverse, empowering creators and players to come together and build the world they’ve always wanted. It is our mission to build an inclusive and open metaverse. Building the bridge between blockchain, social experiences, and gaming. Creating long-lasting relationships through the power of community, creativity, and NFTs.

The Account Manager will be responsible for handling all communication and development efforts with our top-tier brand partners from Turkey. They will be responsible for managing all project-related communications with these key accounts and the respective internal teams. The Account Manager will report directly to the Head of Growth Turkey and work closely with Lead Key Account Managers.


What you will do

  • Be the main point of contact for our IP partners in Turkey and the region
  • Nurture the relationship and handle and coordinate all their projects within TSB
  • Ensure the feasibility, compliance, and successful execution of their different projects
  • Manage and coordinate the IP´s activations (such as NFT and Avatar collections) including marketing strategy for these IPs
  • Prioritize the tasks and projects based on the business goals of The Sandbox platform
  • Use CRMs tools (HubSpot) and PM tools (Monday & ClickUp) to document and track progress and influence process improvement
  • Stay up to date and learn the capabilities of The Sandbox tools and platform
  • Ensure the correct communication of TSB Guidelines to external partners


What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 3 years of account management experience
  • Experience in communicating with clients in various ways to achieve the most positive result
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Ability to analyze project feasibility, market trends, and behaviors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience ensuring IP brand guidelines and values are adhered to
  • Native Turkish language skills and Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and manage to change priorities
  • High level of organization with high attention to detail and time-management skills Self-motivated attitude
