About The Position

ABOUT THE SANDBOX

The Sandbox is a virtual world where players can build, own and monetize their own voxel gaming experiences on the Ethereum blockchain, using NFTs and our main utility token $SAND.

We are building a deeply immersive gaming virtual world metaverse where creators get the chance to make games next to gaming giants and brands such as Atari, Rollercoaster Tycoon, Care Bears, The Smurfs, Shaun the Sheep and more gaming partners.

We are looking for dynamic, well organised Assistant to support our teams. 

Responsibilities


  • Manage the organization of trips for the company: taxis, airfare, hotels, travel visa. Check and manage invoices related to travel and monitor the travel budget.
  • Track expenses, in respect of the Expense Policy.
  • Collect all supplier invoices from our different teams and coordinate payments with our external accounting provider.
  • Assist members of the Executive Committee.
  • Support the Office Manager for the office events
  • Other administrative tasks related to facilities and human resources.
  • All other duties that may be assigned by the Company and that would enter into the scope of the Employee’s qualifications.


Requirements


  • Able to work both as a team and independently.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to manage and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • French & English verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive and self-motivated attitude, and a strong sense of initiative.
  • You will be required to use word and spreadsheet programs, mainly through Google Drive, as well as Slack and Google Meet.
