We are looking for a quality driven recruiter who is comfortable in owning their pipelines from the beginning.You would get to work in an international fast-paced organization so you already have some experience recruiting all across Europe. To us hiring is far more than numbers, it is hiring colleagues, and innovators, in a quality-focused way.
WHAT YOU`LL BE DOING
● Partnering closely with hiring teams to identify the hiring need
● Owning and managing your talent pipelines from prospecting to offer
● Actively sharing company culture and participating in employer branding activities
● Developing and improving the recruitment processes together with the global team
● Acting as a face of The Sandbox by sharing our vision to our candidates
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
● In-house recruitment experience in an international company
● Experience in talent prospecting
● Strong collaboration skills
● Excellent stakeholder partnership experience
● Experience in tools like ATS and Linkedin Recruiter
● Excellent communication skills ( English required )
● Curious and creative attitude with interest in metaverse and web3
