Responsibilities

• Partnering closely with hiring managers to identify the hiring needs
• Owning and managing end-to-end talent pipelines
• Actively sharing company culture and participating in employer branding activities
• Developing and improving the recruitment processes together with our Global Team
• Acting as the face of The Sandbox by sharing our vision and values with the candidates on their first conversations
• Actively seek new ways for us to find the most appropriate talent
